Our Little Scarface

So here he is - our little scarface. He is healing pretty well, and the swelling has gone. We head in Thursday to have the stitches removed.
As you can see our little man is a resilient little boy. He still loves his Maddie-girl.

Oh Darling! Welcome to the world of having a son! His boo boos will heal up a long time before you will. And I see that Finn is a climber as his cousin Randy was. How well I remember those ER runs -barefooted, stringy headed and no ID! However, I only remember them with Randy and not Rachel. I think the Lord gives us little girls so we can stop hyperventilating.

Your "A Day of Boby Fluids" also took me back. I well remember one particular time - Ray was out of town and Randy, Rach and I all came down with the 'throwing up, sit on the potty bug' at the same time. We finally had a little lull and I recall as if it were yesterday, sitting in the tub with both of them on my lap and all three of us squalling like the babies only two of us were. Then Randy threw up in the water, Rachel pottied in the water, and I kept running more water and squalling. It makes me laugh to think of it now but then I found nothing funny about it.

Thank you so much for taking time to do this blog and keep us all in the loop. It was a joy to see you at the reunion and I wish you could come home more often. Seems I never have enough time with you.

I love you, Linda
